How We Avoid Getting Sick

One of the very few things to come out of Covid was that my wife and I learned how to respond aggressively to cold symptoms and to quash them quickly.

First of all, we eat well and take a regimen of supplements to boost our immune system. Secondly, at the first sign of a sore throat or sniffles, we essentially apply the Zelenko Protocol, and it really works! We find that the symptoms generally disappear within the day - maybe two at worst. But the key is to jump on it right away! The common cold virus is a coronavirus.

• Listerine (or generic antiseptic) mouthwash (gargle deep in throat)

• Budesonide nasal spray (two good blasts in each nostril)
